Connor King Grand National Wins
Connor King has never trained a horse that has won the Grand National.
None of their entries have ever finished the race.
Remarkably, Connor King was just 29 years old when he first sent a horse to the Grand National. Even more remarkably, that horse was one of just two in Connor’s stable at the time.
The horse was called Oscar’s Brother, it was ridden by Connor’s own brother, Daniel King, and to add another layer of remarkability, their father, Richard, had picked the horse out at the sales for just £7,000.
What a story it would have been if they had gone on to win.
As it happened, however, Daniel was unseated at the 15th and the horse failed to complete the course.
