Katy Price is a dual-purpose horse trainer, training on the England and Wales border with a small string of runners. Having winners in both flat and national hunt codes, she’s recognised in both codes, but her small string, and the lack of winners at a higher level, means she’s not become a household name just yet.
One race that did help her grow a little was the 2021 Grand National, where Price would have her first National runner with Minellacelebration. Unfortunately, the horse was not able to complete the course, under jockey Benjamin Poste, unseating him at the 11th fence.
